PCB looking to have Sri Lanka, World XI this year, says official 


After Pakistan's Champions Trophy achievement prior this month, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is trusting the Sri Lankan cricket group will visit the nation for one-day internationals (ODIs) and Twenty20 matches close to the finish of this current year, news organization APP has announced citing a PCB official. 

"Our Sri Lankan partners have communicated ability in sending their group to Pakistan as the security circumstance is enhancing in the nation," an anonymous authority was cited as saying. 

The authority said the Lankan side may visit Pakistan in November or December. 

Application cited the official as saying that matches between the two groups would likely be held just in Lahore. He said that the host nation will be giving prominent security to the Sri Lankan group along the lines of the security given to remote players to the Pakistan Super League (PSL) last prior this year. 

"The PSL last has demonstrated an awesome leap forward in resuscitating worldwide cricket in Pakistan," the authority said. 

He additionally reviewed that a World XI group will be visiting Pakistan in September, which will incorporate players from Australia, West Indies, Sri Lanka and South Africa.
